Payment policy

The full fee for the retreat is due upon registration

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received via email to info@maineleadership.com

 

If the participant withdraws or transfers from the retreat, the following refund policy applies:

 

8 weeks+ before the retreat: 100% refund.

Up to 4 weeks before the retreat 75% refund will be given.

 

Transfer policy

If circumstances arise that require a transfer from the retreat on which you have a confirmed booking you will need to supply us with a request via email to info@maineleadership.com. This option is limited to one transfer only (after this, the regular refund policy applies) and depends upon a case-by-case assessment of your situation.

 

Medical conditions and risks

Each participant acknowledges by agreeing to these terms and conditions that the retreat will include optional physical activities that may present personal risks to himself/herself and other members of the group.

 

Cancellation by Maine Leadership

Maine Leadership reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time for any reason, and its liability shall be limited to a refund in full of only those moneys it has received from or on behalf of the registrant. If the participant has purchased an airline ticket, it is his/her own responsibility to become familiar with the penalties and restrictions of the air ticket and, in the event of a cancellation or date change by Maine Leadership, Maine Leadership shall not be held liable for any penalties incurred from the cancellation or change of the air ticket. Therefore, we recommend tickets not be issued until 60 days or less prior to departure.
